Hello to all readers! My name is G. Z. Thomas, I am a voice actor based in Dallas, Texas. I come from a mixed background of Hispanic and African-American descent. Since childhood I've loved to watch and mimic tons of voices from various forms of entertainment. As I grew older, I became enthralled with storytelling and the art of acting. A passion spurred in me, birthed from my joy viewing many of my favorite movies, games, and shows. One that desires to spread the same joy and comfort I experienced from the entertainment industry. Acting, to me, isn’t just embodying a character, it's stepping into something that breathes life; not just into the role but to the viewer. It puts everything else on hold and asks you to open up to what's in front of you. Being able to be a part of something so important as building deeper bonds is an honoring experience. Having my art be the bridge for relationships, healing, and comfort is something that can’t ever be put into words. It's in those experiences, to me, that art reaches its purest form.
I am particularly adept at voicing various characters ranging from whimsical, youthful, high energy voices to charismatic, smooth, gravelly voices along side a few dialects.
When I am not voice acting, I work on editing and making content for my social media accounts.
